Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT professional focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP systems to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for administration, maintenance, and support of the Dynamics 365 environment, ensuring system performance, security, and reliability. Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and SQL is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide level 2 technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 applications
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 solutions
• Assist with system integrations
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT team members
• Troubleshoot system issues and determine root causes
• Stay updated on Dynamics 365 features and updates
• Follow change management processes
• Ensure security compliance
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Provide operational support after-hours and on weekends
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT enterprise system administration
• 3+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Knowledge of Dynamics modules like Sales, Marketing, and Project Operations
• Experience customizing and configuring Dynamics 365
• Experience with integration tools and techniques
• Scripting skills such as PowerShell
• Experience with Power Automate workflows
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus
