Build high performing onshore and offshore teams by developing, mentoring, and retaining engaged staff to support programming and strategic objectives.

Objectives

Identify barriers impacting team performance, provide technical guidance on complex survey programming, and act as a Subject Matter Expert.

Research and resolve roadblocks proactively, and share knowledge to elevate team skills.

Train, develop, and coach team members, providing feedback and identifying growth opportunities.

Ensure all team members are trained to meet or exceed expectations, and accurately assess team strengths and areas for improvement.

Client Relations & Quality Assurance

Build strong client relationships by delivering high-quality, timely work, and discussing products and technology confidently.

Identify opportunities for value-added services and ensure high service levels across teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

Review survey documents, program surveys of varying complexity, create/update templates, and coordinate with R&D for custom features.

Plan project handovers, optimize code, test surveys, and validate programming logic.

Support project managers and clients in creating custom reports, coordinate translations, and ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Position Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of Decipher programming experience, with at least 200 projects programmed, including international projects and trackers.

Experience training team members, managing projects independently, and reviewing code.

Advanced knowledge of Python, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, or jQuery.

Team-oriented, detail-focused, with a passion for survey programming and learning new technologies.

Experience with CMIX, Confirmit, SPSS, Sawtooth, or similar software is a plus.

Willingness to work weekends is a plus.

Degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
