A leading company in Calgary seeks a Senior Surety Broker to manage client relationships and market Surety accounts in the mining and construction sectors. The role involves financial analysis, mentoring junior brokers, and developing tailored solutions for clients. Strong financial acumen and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
As a Senior Surety Broker, or Surety Client Executive, you will specialize in marketing Surety accounts and managing key client relationships, with a focus on the mining and construction industries. You will work closely with clients to structure and secure reclamation bonds, performance bonds, and other types of Surety instruments.
This role requires a strong focus on client service, including the development and stewardship of long-term relationships built on trust, expertise, and consistent delivery. You will serve as a strategic advisor to your clients, helping them navigate complex bonding requirements and achieve their project and compliance goals.
