Qualifications

• 5+ years of surety experience, ideally within brokerage or construction-focused environment.
• Active Level 2 General Insurance Licence.
• Strong knowledge of surety programs and marketplace needs for construction businesses.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive new business development, prospecting, networking and growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain an active prospect pipeline and lead client engagements.
• Act as the lead advisor and primary contact for client relationships.
• Deliver high-standard client service and maintain long-term loyalty.
• Identify gaps in client coverage and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent client experience.
