Job summary

Parker Huggett in Ontario is seeking a Senior Superintendent to own field delivery on large-scale ICI projects, from mobilization through handover. You will lead a team of superintendents and foremen, ensure safety, schedule, and quality, and coordinate with designers, owners, and authorities to deliver buildings the client is proud of.

This role rewards leaders who can manage complex delivery models, maintain strict lookahead scheduling, and drive site performance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering on $50M+ ICI projects from mobilization to handover.
• Directing field teams and superintendents on complex sites.
• Familiar with P3, design-build or CM delivery with rigorous documentation.
• Strong master and lookahead scheduling, sequencing and trade coordination.
• Commitment to safety and quality on all projects.
• Ability to engage with owners, consultants and authorities, including occupied facilities.
• Proven ability to develop and mentor field teams.

About You

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Proven on $50M+ buildings: you’ve led field delivery on complex ICI projects of this scale, from mobilization through handover
• Comfortable leading at scale: you’ve directed superintendents, foremen, and field teams on sites that need real structure
• At home with complex delivery models: P3, design-build, or CM experience, with the documentation and stakeholder rigour they demand
• Ahead of the schedule: strong on master and lookahead scheduling, sequencing, and trade coordination, with the foresight to protect the critical path
• The standard on site: safety and quality are never up for negotiation on your projects, and the field follows your lead
• Credible with owners and consultants: steady in front of clients, design teams, and authorities; experience in or around occupied facilities is a strong asset
• A developer of people: the superintendents and field engineers around you get better
