Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of industry experience or in similar roles.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL) and presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer data, including retention trends and churn drivers, to identify insights.
• Support strategy development, performance analytics, and governance for customer initiatives.
• Prepare analytical summaries and briefing materials for senior discussions.
