  • Communicate effectively: Develop compelling executive communications, including narratives, presentations, briefing materials, and reports, to inform decisions and ensure leadership is fully prepared for internal and external engagements.
  • Lead and inspire: Lead and facilitate key business reviews, governance forums, and executive discussions, ensuring alignment on priorities, clear outcomes, and effective follow-through.
  • Process optimization: Drive operational improvements by streamlining processes, enhancing cross-functional communication, and leveraging digital tools, including identifying opportunities to apply AI for improved efficiency and decision-making.
  • Project Management support: Provide strategic counsel and project management support for cross-functional initiatives, including supporting teams on strategic projects and facilitating executive engagement across business units.
  • Program support: Monitor business performance through KPIs and strategic analysis (including occasional market research), providing actionable insights that guide strategy refinement and resource allocation.
