As a Senior Strategy Manager in our Reliability Centre of Excellence, you’ll shape strategies that strengthen service reliability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. By collaborating with senior leaders across Network, Systems, Operations, Finance, and more, you’ll drive initiatives that improve product delivery, uncover business insights, and deliver actionable recommendations aligned with our financial goals and long-term vision.
You’ll guide strategic discussions with executives, providing critical decision support through clear, compelling storytelling that influences business direction. With a strong grasp of our key performance indicators and priorities, you’ll build trusted partnerships across teams to anticipate opportunities, align initiatives, and ensure seamless execution.
