Job summary

Sun Life in Canada is seeking a Senior Consultant, Strategy to turn ambiguous questions into actionable plans and to engage senior leaders across Health. You’ll drive the monthly strategy reporting cycle and prepare updates for the Health leadership team and the President of Sun Life Canada.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams, build executive-ready content, and lead workstreams from framing to delivery, ensuring clear recommendations and timely delivery in a fast-paced digital health

Qualifications

• 3+ years in strategy consulting or analytical roles.
• Structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving demonstrated in work.
• Strong writing and slide-building for senior audiences.
• Bilingual French/English for Quebec interactions.

Responsibilities

• Shape and communicate the Sun Life Health strategy during planning cycles.
• Lead strategic workstreams from framing to recommendations.
• Prepare executive-ready materials and present to CEOs and Board.
• Run monthly strategy reporting and align metrics with leadership.
• Collaborate with leaders across Sun Life Health and partners.
