The Role

As a Strategist at #paid, you’ll play a key role in shaping data-driven, compelling proposals that drive revenue and help enterprise clients maximize the value of their creator marketing. Working closely with Sales, Media, and other internal teams, you will lead the strategic development of RFP responses, guide creative strategy, and craft campaign recommendations that deliver measurable business impact. Your expertise in storytelling, research, and strategic thinking will be instrumental in securing new business and growing existing partnerships.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic development of RFP response recommendations, leveraging insights such as industry or cultural trends, historical performance, and competitive client research to provide compelling solutions that clearly articulate #paid’s value
  • Act as the creative director for pitches, guiding creative strategy and campaign planning to align with client objectives
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure proposals are strategic, well-positioned, and actionable
  • Develop proposal collateral and other go-to-market materials, generally in the form of Google Slides
  • Present proposals alongside Sales team members in an engaging and consultative manner
  • Stay informed on industry trends and innovations, applying them to proposal development and strategy execution
  • Ask the right questions to uncover customer needs and tailor recommendations that drive interest, revenue, and long-term partnerships
To be successful, you'll need to
  • Translate client briefs into clear, strategic, and creative recommendations
  • Effectively collaborate with Sales, Media, and Measurement teams to align on proposal execution
  • Tell a compelling story using research, insights, and strategic thinking to sell through recommendations
  • Adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple projects
  • Take initiative, seek out opportunities to add value, and maintain a problem-solving mindset
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively, both in written proposals and live presentations
About you
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Strategist, working on proposals, pitches, or campaign planning
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with a background increator marketing, content marketing, social media strategy, or brand storytelling
  • Ability to synthesize research and insights into actionable creative solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a talent for translating complex information into clear, persuasive narratives
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Passion for the creator economy and digital marketing, with a curiosity for emerging trends
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
