Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle corporate, in-house recruitment experience.
• Comfort sourcing hard-to-find candidates and up-to-date tools.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
• Experience driving recruitment actions to support equity, diversity and inclusion.
• Experience developing, maintaining and using recruitment reports and metrics.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills; strong interpersonal and influencing abilities.
• Stakeholder management experience enabling quick relationship building and consultative service at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Self-starter, results oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for diverse, specialized roles from IC to Director level; collaborate with Hiring Managers on hiring strategy and manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, verifications and onboarding hand-off.
• Develop talent pipelines using multiple sourcing channels and build relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
• Partner with hiring managers to design effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, HR and Marketing & Brand teams to strengthen employee value proposition and represent CPA Ontario at events if needed.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to guide workforce planning.
• Lead additional projects to elevate the team.
