Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a senior project lead to support the sponsor and oversee cross-sector projects and initiatives from design to rollout. You will organize and manage human, material, financial, and IT resources for very large-scale, innovative projects across sectors.

This role demands extensive, in-depth knowledge and the ability to engage stakeholders across functions. You will lead, influence and serve as an expert to teams and senior management, negotiate with external providers, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• A minimum of eight years of relevant experience is required.
• PMP, ACP, and/or SAFe certifications are preferred.
• Knowledge of French is required; advanced English proficiency is required for duties and tools.

Responsibilities

• Work on deliverables with contribution managers, ensuring business objectives are met, benefits are delivered, and budgets and timelines are respected.
• Ensure that the material, human and financial resources needed to meet the target business objectives are available.
• Manage, monitor and communicate the roadmap and budget, and define and promote governance.
• Identify and handle project issues and risks.
• Prepare reports and status updates for the project sponsor and other decision-making bodies, and help manage internal and external suppliers.
