Job summary

Specsavers Canada is seeking a Store Maintenance Manager to lead delivery and ongoing management of maintenance services across the Canadian store network. The role ensures stores and facilities meet high operational standards through effective management of maintenance programs, warranties, and service providers.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will mitigate risk, control costs, and drive service performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance or facilities management in retail or multi-site environments.
• Experience managing stakeholders, vendors, and service agreements across dispersed locations.
• Strong understanding of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and retail infrastructure.
• Post-secondary education in Facilities Management, Construction Management or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and ongoing management of maintenance services across the Canadian store network.
• Oversee maintenance requests and preventative maintenance programs.
• Coordinate warranty claims and post-installation servicing for store equipment.
• Manage relationships with maintenance contractors, service providers, suppliers, and consultants.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and budgets are met while driving continuous improvement.
