The opportunity

As an Assurance Senior staff accountant, you will be a key member of our Audit practice, delivering quality assurance services supported by our investments in technology, knowledge, and learning resources.

Your key responsibilities

Deliver quality assurance services to clients and stakeholders, ensuring high standards of service and compliance.

• Develop and maintain productive client relationships, assessing client satisfaction.
• Maintain ongoing contact with clients throughout the year.
• Manage daily fieldwork, inform supervisors of engagement status, and oversee staff performance.
• Adapt audit approaches to changing client environments.
• Apply complex accounting and auditing concepts effectively to client situations.
• Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and conduct performance reviews to develop team members.

• Proficiency in both French and English is required, with occasional English communication outside Quebec.

Minimum qualifications

• Degree in accounting or related field.
• Passed the Canadian CFE and/or hold a Canadian CA designation or a recognized reciprocal CA designation.
• 2-3 years of relevant audit experience or industry expertise.
• Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Professional integrity and teamwork dedication.
• Bilingual in French and English.
