Job summary

Raymond James Ltd. is seeking a Senior Analyst Supplier Risk Management to join our Vancouver office on a 12-month contract. You will lead supplier risk assessments, build relationships across the firm, and ensure regulatory and internal policies are met.

You will collaborate with business units, coordinate due diligence, and develop controls to mitigate identified risks while supporting a structured SRM program and governance framework for enterprise vendor management.

Qualifications

• Degree in business or equivalent with focus in risk management.
• 5+ years of supplier/vendor/third-party risk management experience.
• Expertise in developing and maintaining internal reports using Office tools.
• Strong knowledge of supplier/vendor risk management and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and facilitates vendor risk assessments in a timely fashion.
• Builds relationships across the firm and guides enterprise risk framework.
• Follows up for due diligence documentation as part of SRM program.
• Analyzes supplier risk profile and develops mitigating controls.
• Coordinates with management on vendor risk and performance.
• Implements regulatory and enterprise SRM requirements for the local firm.
• Tracks exit strategies and performance monitoring documentation.
• Assists with locating and centralizing vendor contracts.
• Identifies opportunities for contract consolidation.
• Maintains understanding of internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Tracks and closes exceptions related to vendor risks.
• Develops and maintains quality data for reporting and escalations.
• Supports design and implementation of a common SRM program.
• Maintains governance framework for SRM oversight.
• Leads remediation plan execution and follow-up reporting.
• Provides guidance to stakeholders on SRM requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
