Job summary

iManage is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer in Toronto to join a hybrid, full-time team. You will automate operational work, build a scalable cloud platform for Kubernetes, and mentor teams on reliability.

We emphasize incident management, design documents, and hands-on observability. The role requires collaboration across distributed teams, with in-office Tuesdays and Fridays and remote-focused time on other days.

Qualifications

• Experience writing technical designs and post-incident reviews, and refactoring application code.
• Track record of creating automation to reduce operational work or building internal SaaS tools.
• Experience with public cloud or hosted data centers; Azure and AKS experience is preferred.
• Ability to promote SRE practices, including the distinction between SLOs and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Automate operational work and write software to reduce repetitive effort.
• Build and scale a secure, cost-conscious cloud platform for the Kubernetes environment.
• Work with application teams to standardize platform services and improve resilience.
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews, while coaching teams in those practices.
• Join production support rotations and advise during high-impact technical events.
