Do you have hands-on experience in architecting, designing, and implementing case management systems using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 on cloud, Azure, Azure AD, Power Platform, and related technologies? Do you have demonstrated experience with Kingsway Software for data migration from Oracle DB to MS Dynamics 365 Data Verse & Azure Blob Storage, along with hands-on ETL experience? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you!

Our client is seeking a Senior Specialized IT Consultant for a 10-month contract in Toronto.

This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite per week.

Responsibilities

1. Analysis: Analyze business requirements to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
2. Architecture Design: Create/update architecture artifacts and design documentation.
3. Infrastructure Services: Configure and set up cloud environments as needed.
4. IT Solutions Enhancement / Sustainment: Design, configure, and implement enhancements and remediate defects across various tools and systems.
5. Data Migration: Extract, transform, and load data; update migration documentation.
6. Systems Integration: Design and implement system integrations and remediate issues.
7. Testing and QA: Contribute to quality assurance activities.
8. Implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and compliance with relevant standards.
9. Deployment Operations: Develop deployment and migration strategies for cloud environments.
10. Knowledge Management: Conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
11. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

MUST HAVES:

• Experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies including MS Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Azure services, Azure DevOps, Power BI, etc.
• Hands-on experience in architecting, designing, and implementing case management systems using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365.
• Proven experience with Kingsway Software for data migration from Oracle to MS Dynamics Data Verse & Azure Blob Storage, including ETL processes.
• Experience in designing and developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
