The Citco Group Limited is seeking a detail-oriented professional to maintain AEOI data and manage account documentation processes within a global asset servicing environment.

In this role you will support tax information analyses, prepare XML submissions, and collaborate with remote teams to deliver timely responses. A degree in Financial Services and 4+ years of experience are desirable, with familiarity in Citco core systems an advantage.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified degree (preferably in a discipline relevant to Financial Services).
• 4+ years’ experience in Financial Services; exposure to FATCA & CRS regulations is a plus.

• Maintain AEOI data on entities within the client corporate structure.
• Manage daily operations for account holder documentation processes.
• Support AEOI tax information analyses and preparation of XML format submission files.
• Manage expectations and ensure that all queries are dealt with in a timely manner; provide excellent service to clients.
• Maintain and improve knowledge of the Automatic Exchange of information regulatory and compliance within a highly specialized environment.
• Communicate daily with remote teams; preparing and providing progress and status updates and escalating items as required.
• Local AEOI portal registration/de-registration, communication and trouble shooting.
• Research, analyze and provide recommendations for process improvements to increase operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

Your Role

• Maintain AEOI data on entities within the client corporate structure.
• Manage daily operations for account holder documentation processes

Qualifications

About You

• Qualified degree (preferably in a discipline relevant to Financial Services).
• 4+ years’ experience in Financial Services, any exposure to FATCA &; CRS regulations whilst an asset, is not a requirement
• Experience with Citco core systems, across Hedge, Private Equity and Real Assets, Corporate Services, Fund accounting and/or Investor relations platforms, is an advantage

Salary Range

CAD 62,000 - CAD 82,000
