Position Details:

• Position Status: Temporary Full-Time (15 months)
• Work Model: Hybrid (2 days/week in office)
• Availability: Immediately

Role Overview:

As Senior Specialist, HR Business Partner, you’ll be the go-to partner for assigned client groups—providing hands-on support, trusted advice, and strategic guidance across all areas of the employee experience. From performance and succession planning to recruitment, compensation, change management, and organizational design, you’ll support both the day-to-day needs and longer-term priorities of your client teams. You'll also play a key role in delivering enterprise-wide processes and projects across the full talent lifecycle.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to people leaders—supporting them in building strong, inclusive teams, navigating complex employee issues, and enabling business unit success. This role requires the ability to flex between strategic consultation and operational execution, and to partner effectively across all levels of the organization.
