SUMMARY

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will support our enterprise customers, reporting to the regional Enterprise Solutions Engineering Manager. Your role involves partnering with regional account executives to influence how our customers view and approach cloud security. You will serve as their trusted advisor on cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP. We are passionate about technical sales and helping our customers maximize the value of our solutions.

LOCATION

The ideal candidate will be based in Western Canada.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

1. Partner with the sales team to provide technical leadership and help meet quarterly sales targets.
2. Deliver presentations, including whiteboards, product demos, slides, and proof of value outcomes.
3. Assist customers in planning test plans to demonstrate the value of the Wiz platform (proof of value).
4. Continuously learn about new product features, industry developments, and expand your technical skills.
5. Represent Wiz at trade shows, technical meetups, and industry events.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

1. Ability to deliver world-class demonstrations and training to channel customers.
2. Mastery of the technical sales process.
3. Experience in a creative technical role supporting partners in building a technical delivery model.
4. Experience delivering solutions to C-level executives at enterprise clients.
5. Willingness and ability to travel.
6. Cloud security experience.
7. Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
8. Network engineering background.
9. Strong knowledge of operating systems, virtual machines, and containers.
10. Understanding of security assessments and frameworks based on risk.
11. Knowledge of cloud identity, access management, certificates, and keys.

BONUS POINTS

1. Experience with traditional CSPM tools.
2. SaaS industry experience.
3. Familiarity with CI/CD processes.
4. Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code.
