SUMMARY

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will support our enterprise customers, reporting to the regional Enterprise Solutions Engineering Manager. You will partner directly with regional account executives to influence customer perspectives and approaches to cloud security. You will serve as a trusted advisor on cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP. We are passionate about technical sales and helping our customers maximize the value of our solutions.

The ideal candidate will be based in Western Canada

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Partner with the sales team to provide technical leadership to customers and prospects, helping meet quarterly sales targets.
  • Deliver presentations including whiteboards, product demonstrations, slides, and proof of value outcomes.
  • Assist customers in planning detailed test plans to demonstrate the value of the Wiz platform (proof of value).
  • Continuously learn about new product features, industry developments, and expand your technical skills.
  • Represent Wiz at trade shows, technical meetups, and industry events.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Experience delivering world-class demonstrations and training to channel customers.
  • Proficiency in the technical sales process.
  • Ability to assist partners in building technical business delivery models.
  • Experience in a sales engineering role engaging with C-level executives at enterprise customers.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
  • Cloud security experience.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, virtual machines, and containers.
  • Understanding of risk-based security assessments and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of cloud identity, access management, certificates, and keys.

BONUS POINTS:

  • Experience with traditional CSPM tools.
  • SaaS experience.
  • Familiarity with the CI/CD process.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code.
