Job description

Senior Solutions Architect, Data Analytics and AI, Canada Specialist Team

Are you ready to shape the future of data analytics and artificial intelligence in Canada's public sector? We're seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to help transform how government, healthcare, education, and utility organizations leverage cloud technology. As a member of our specialist team, you'll partner with Canada's leading public sector organizations to architect and implement transformative AWS Analytics and AI/ML solutions, while driving innovation and adoption of advanced AWS services for large-scale use cases.

In this role, you'll design and architect scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions using AWS's comprehensive Analytics and AI/ML stack. You'll serve as a technical thought leader, providing expert consultation to customers and fellow Solution Architects while creating valuable technical content including white papers, reference architectures, blogs, and implementation guides. Your expertise will be crucial in helping customers navigate complex cloud migrations while optimizing for their specific mission requirements.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in data analytics, AI/ML, and cloud architecture, combined with strong consultative skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. You should have a track record of successfully leading large-scale technical implementations and a passion for working backwards from customer needs to develop innovative solutions.

Join us in helping Canadian public sector organizations revolutionize their operations through the power of cloud computing, data analytics, and artificial intelligence. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of public sector technology while working with advanced cloud solutions and some of Canada's most important institutions.

Key job responsibilities
• Be a subject matter expert on AWS Analytics and AI services for our Account teams and customers.
• Represent the voice of the customer; bring customer feedback to product teams to influence feature development and future product roadmap.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to unblock our customers’ largest and most critical business challenges.
• You will have the technical depth and business experience to deploy data and AI strategies.
• Act as a thought leader sharing best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures and public-speaking events such as AWS Summit, AWS re: Invent, etc.
• Partner with other Specialist teams to define the technical components of best in class GTM concepts, solutions, and initiatives.
• Create field enablement materials for the broader SA population, to help them understand how to integrate data and AI solutions into customer architectures.
