Job summary

Aritzia is seeking a Senior Solution Systems Analyst, People Technology, to translate business requirements into scalable HR technology solutions. You will liaise between Technology and Aritzia’s People & Culture Division, creating requirements, testing, deployment and ongoing service delivery for HRM and workforce planning technologies.

Qualifications

• Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in: UKG Pro WFM and other HRIS like Workday and Docebo.
• Hands‑on experience configuring and maintaining Workforce Management time and attendance solutions, including pay codes, labour rules, payroll processes, security, and access controls.
• Experience supporting WFM integrations and data flows between timekeeping, payroll, and HR systems, with exposure to integration platforms such as Boomi considered an asset.
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross‑functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

Responsibilities

• Support with identifying and delivering innovative technology solutions that meet business needs for today and tomorrow.
• Translate business requirements into a scalable, user-centric technology design.
• Ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Implement structured testing to ensure functionality and to identify and address deficiencies.
• Contribute to the smooth and efficient deployment of People technology solutions.
• Provide excellent and reliable proactive and reactive support for People technology solutions.
