Job summary

Aritzia is seeking a Senior Solution Systems Analyst / Solution Systems Analyst for Omni Technology in Vancouver. You will translate business requirements into scalable technology designs, acting as the liaison between Technology and the Omni business, guiding design, testing, deployment, and ongoing management of payment systems.

The role offers exposure to end-to-end omnichannel solutions and collaboration with cross-functional partners, with a pay range that reflects market competitiveness

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or e-commerce payments environment.
• Experience implementing Manhattan Active Omni DOM in a retail setting.
• Familiarity with Agile/sprint processes.
• Experience with application integration.
• Strong systems analysis and systems architecture capabilities.
• Proven ability to create solution design documents and user stories that solve business problems.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external development teams.
• CS or Engineering degree is asset.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving omnichannel technology solutions. As the Senior Solution Systems Analyst / Solution Systems Analyst, Omni Technology, you will turn business requirements into solutions, acting as the liaison between Technology and the Omni business, while playing a crucial role in creating requirements documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing management of Aritzia’s payment systems. THE ROLE

• Translate business requirements into a scalable, user‑centric technology design.
• Ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Implement structured testing to ensure functionality and to identify and address deficiencies.
• Contribute to the smooth and efficient deployment of Omni technology solutions.
• Provide excellent and reliable proactive and reactive support for Omni technology solutions.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven and best‑in‑class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications: Strong payments industry knowledge/experience in a retail or e‑commerce environment.
• Experience with: Implementing Manhattan Active Omni DOM in a retail environment.
• Agile / sprint.
• Application integration.
• Systems analysis and systems architecture.
• Proven ability to create solution design documents and user stories that solve the business problem.
• Experience working with internal and external development teams.
• Computer Science or Engineering degree is an asset.
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross‑functional partners.

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market‑leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay‑for‑performance philosophy. The range for roles at this level is $50,000 - $150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
