Job summary

Anaplan is seeking a tenacious Sr. Solution Architect to join our BizOps team in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will lead model development and serve as the architectural SME for large-scale connected planning solutions.

Collaborate with executives to guide model architecture, translate business problems into Anaplan models, and drive data integration and migration alongside cross-functional teams. Apply your strategic vision to optimize planning across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business (Finance, Operations, Accounting, etc.) or highly technical field (Engineering, mathematics, data analytics, etc.).
• 3+ years building and using Anaplan models to automate and scale current processes.
• Experience working with large data sets to synthesize insights for management and executive consideration.
• Demonstrate sophisticated problem-solving through leading expert interviews, handling complex data, leading partners, and guiding process development to successful outcomes.
• Strong reputation as an interdisciplinary team member, innovative, accountable, reliable, and able to thrive in a constantly evolving environment.
• Experience leading end-to-end model builds in Anaplan and working cross-functionally with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Anaplan model development and serve as the architectural SME for large-scale connected planning solutions.
• Understand, review, and collect requirements that drive the architectural needs of Anaplan’s operational solutions.
• Serve as an architectural SME for connected planning solutions and provide concise progress updates.
• Develop and abide by standard methodologies for scalable and repeatable insights.
• Translate existing spreadsheets and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models.
• Modify existing models as part of a connected solution, optimization, or to incorporate new functionality.
• Lead data integration and migration solutions and work with senior leadership on architecture strategy.
• Investigate root causes of data and reporting issues and drive model optimization across the ecosystem.
• Implement standard processes and documentation for Anaplan models.
