Job summary

Spaulding Ridge seeks an Anaplan Solution Architect to join the Anaplan Delivery team in Toronto. You will design best-in-class Anaplan solutions, set the technical vision for internal consultants and clients, and coach peers along the way.

Your work covers data sources, integration layers, architecture, and user interfaces. Ideal candidates will lead end-to-end design, run Agile projects, teach others with no prior Anaplan knowledge, and guide customers to optimize processes using your Anaplan

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, and/or MIS.
• 7 years of experience in Consulting or Financial Reporting and Analysis.
• Strong Excel skills including macros and large data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of an Anaplan Model as Solutions Architect.
• Run projects using Agile Implementation Methodology.
• Teach clients and internal resources how to build models with Anaplan.
• Guide customers to enhance processes with Anaplan expertise and SME insight.
• Manage scope and timeline conversations to keep projects on track and budget.
• Effectively lead a team of consultants.

What You Will Do

We are looking for an Anaplan Solution Architect to join our Anaplan Delivery Team!

The Anaplan Solution Architect will design best-in-class Anaplan solutions that meet the tailored needs of our clients. You will develop and cast the technical vision to internal model building consultants, and most importantly, to our clients, as we work to deliver the best possible solution to their challenges. Your design will account for data sources, integration layers, the underlying Anaplan model architecture, and the user interface, and you will have the opportunity to coach and train others along the way!

Ideal candidates will be able to:

• Work as a Solutions Architect and lead the end-to-end design of an Anaplan Model
• Ability to run a project utilizing the Agile Implementation Methodology
• Clear ability to teach both clients and internal resources with no prior Anaplan knowledge how to build a model.
• Guide a customer to enhance their process utilizing both Anaplan expertise and Subject Matter Expertise.
• Ability to have difficult conversations with a customer about scope and timeline in order to ensure the project timeline is on track and budget
• Ability to effectively lead a team of consultants

Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, and/or Management Information Systems
• 7 years of experience in Consulting or Financial Reporting and Analysis
• Strong knowledge of Excel. Including an understanding of how to develop macros, and model large data sets utilizing Lookups and SumIf functions.
• Strong understanding of Multi-Dimensional data architecture
