Job summary

Fireblocks is seeking a Solution Architect in Professional Services to own technical delivery for the region’s largest Banks and Financial Institutions. You’ll lead architecture design, integration, and deployment on customer infrastructure, and extend delivery expertise into strategic pre-sales cycles to help Sales win deals.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, knowledge of blockchain or related tech, and strong IT security and cloud capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven post-sale delivery experience in complex enterprise or financial services environments.
• Experience with blockchain, cryptography or Web3 technologies, or enterprise financial systems.
• Software development experience with a hands-on technical mindset.
• Deep IT security understanding and cloud experience.
• Strong enterprise architecture knowledge and best practices.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring of engineers/architects.
• Pre-sales exposure (solution architecture, sales engineering, or RFP support) a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish/Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery of Fireblocks implementations from deal close to production.
• Lead architecture design, integration, and deployment on customer infrastructure.
• Contribute delivery expertise to strategic pre-sales cycles to help win deals.
• Define setup for enterprise customers including API integrations and security architecture.
• Steer complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation and Travel Rule to production.
• Create reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks for scale.
• Act as bridge between Sales, Product, R&D, and customers to solve integration challenges.
• Support strategic pre-sales with technical discovery and solution design.
• Ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction throughout delivery.
