Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect with strong exposure to digital transformation.

• Strong knowledge of application security, architectural frameworks, and engineering best practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD).
• Familiarity with architecture as code.

• Insurance domain knowledge is a plus.

As a key member of the Group Functions Technology team, you will drive strategic technology initiatives that enable business transformation. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will bridge business and technology, delivering innovative solutions and guiding modernization efforts. Salary and Working Arrangement

Referenced Salary Location Toronto, Ontario Working Arrangement Hybrid Salary range is expected to be between $113,000.00 CAD - $163,000.00 CAD Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job‑related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
