Job summary

Infoblox in Burnaby, BC is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead a global development organization. You will guide cloud-based, microservice‑driven DDI products, drive architecture decisions, and mentor teams across locations to deliver high‑quality SaaS solutions.

You will champion CI/CD, AI-assisted tooling, and engineering best practices while collaborating with product management to shape requirements, priorities, and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in software technology with at least 5 years of leading high-performance teams.
• Experience leading enterprise SaaS applications from requirements to delivery.
• Proven ability to hire, coach, and manage a world-class development organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple geographically diverse development teams in a CI/CD environment.
• Drive architecture, design, and technology discussions across groups.
• Mentor engineers and champion best practices.
• Coordinate with product management to define user stories and manage sprints.
• Oversee resource allocation based on priorities and budget.
• Interact with executive management on development opportunities.
