Job summary

Infoblox is seeking a Project Manager to join the Product Operations team in Burnaby. You will oversee multiple projects, plan stages, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery with high quality.

You will collaborate with Product Management, UX, Engineering/QA, Marketing, Finance, IT, Support and Pre-Sales to drive End-to-End operations for delivering quality products across programs. The role emphasizes AI-assisted project tracking and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program/project management ideally in the networking and security industry.
• Strong working knowledge of collaboration tools like Atlassian/JIRA, SharePoint, Teams.
• Desire to learn about business process improvement and project management; certifications can be pursued.

Responsibilities

• Transform current processes into interactive workflows with stakeholders.
• Manage New Product Introduction projects for the Product Organization, delivering quality products on time.
• Lead launches of NPIs by collaborating with GTM teams.
• Use project management skills and AI tools to keep projects on track and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across geographic locations.
