Job summary

Infoblox is seeking a Project Manager to join its Product Operations team in Burnaby, BC. You will oversee multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive end-to-end operations to deliver high-quality products on schedule.

You will work with Product Management, UX, Engineering/QA, Marketing and Finance to ensure timely delivery, leveraging AI tools and strong communication to align stakeholders and accelerate product roadmaps. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in networking and security.
• Strong knowledge of collaboration tools (JIRA, SharePoint, Teams).
• Experience developing and applying AI agentic tools is preferred.
• Willingness to pursue certifications in process improvement or project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a track record of responsible personal growth.
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback and mentoring.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Transform existing processes into interactive workflows and document workflows across teams.
• Manage New Product Introduction projects ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Lead product launches with GTM teams coordinating across functions.
• Leverage project management skills and AI tools to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate across geographic teams and maintain stakeholder communications.
• Demonstrate knowledge of program management concepts and best practices.
• Operate with minimal instructions, applying discretion to project operations.
