Clio, the global leader in legal AI technology, seeks a Senior Software Developer based in Calgary. You will join a small, autonomous PLG engineering team delivering trial onboarding, in-app storefronts, and upgrade experiences across Clio Manage, Grow, and Work.

Qualifications

• Experience building web apps at scale using Ruby on Rails.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly in a distributed environment.
• Proven track record mentoring other developers in SaaS teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate on product experiences for trial onboarding and upgrade.
• Design and run experiments from hypothesis to readout and decision.
• Develop backend services and customer-facing UI across the stack.
• Collaborate with product, design, growth, and data to move key metrics.
• Review code and provide constructive feedback across teams.
