Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced engineer to develop and maintain internal tools that improve developer productivity, automate workflows, and support team needs. Collaboration and reliability are key to this role.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain scalable internal tools and services.
2. Identify redundancies and improve efficiency across teams.
3. Automate workflows and operational processes.
4. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver solutions.
5. Establish best practices for development, deployment, and maintenance.
6. Enhance platform reliability, performance, and security.
7. Explore emerging technologies for platform enhancement.
8. Document and support teams using our tools.
9. Manage platform service lifecycle aligned with company goals.
10. Mentor team members and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development, focusing on internal tools and automation.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Golang, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and system design.
• Experience in automation and workflow optimization.
• Problem-solving skills and proactive improvement identification.
• Experience with CI/CD, monitoring, and high-reliability services.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Golang, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js.
• Familiarity with gRPC and microservices architecture.

Cloud & Infrastructure
