WHO ARE WE?

Cystic Fibrosis Canada has dramatically changed the cystic fibrosis story, advancing research and care that has more than doubled life expectancy. Since being founded by parents in 1960, Cystic Fibrosis Canada has grown into a leading organization with a central role engaging people living with cystic fibrosis, parents and caregivers, volunteers, researchers and healthcare professionals, government and donors, all working together to change lives through treatments, research, information and support. Despite remarkable progress, the fight is not yet done; there are still Canadians left behind. The organization’s goal is to keep pushing until all people with cystic fibrosis can experience a full, healthy life, without limits.

THE ROLE AND IMPACT:

The Developer, Data Insights and Digital Solutions, is responsible for the planning, design, development and technical integration of toolsets and platforms, their data, as well as the development of automated processes, whether market provisioned or custom, within and across our Integrated CRM ecosystem.

  • Manages the digital data intake front ends, back ends and processes, in partnership with the Data Operations Manager.
  • Leads development of intuitive and low-touch self-service data segmentation or requested reporting from a single-source of truth.
  • Unlocks database and integrated platform features and functionality, under the direction of the CRM & Integrated Systems Manager.
  • Leads the development of database structure and design to better enable efficiencies and program outcomes, under the direction of the CRM & Integrated Systems Manager.
  • Leads the development and ongoing provisioning of intuitive, self-service reporting and analytics tools and their reports.
  • Independently troubleshoots, triages and directly addresses platform connection outages.
  • Develops and maintains system process and user documentation.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • 3+ years demonstrative experience utilizing and leveraging APIs, connectors and other platform integration mechanics.
  • 3+ years of working experience with JSON, SQL.
  • 3+ years of proven custom application management & development.
