A leading SaaS Company in Ontario is searching for a skilled Senior Software Engineer to design and develop backend services and optimize data solutions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Node.js, MongoDB, and cloud services. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend systems.
Strong proficiency in Node.js and experience building RESTful APIs.
Hands-on experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
Experience with AWS and / or Azure cloud services (e.g., compute, storage, databases, networking).
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI / CD pipelines.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Eagerness to adopt and utilize AI-powered developer tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $113,900 CAD - $170,900 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
