Job summary

Mizo is building AI agents that automate service desk operations for MSPs from discovery to shipping in a fast-paced startup environment. This role focuses on owning features end-to-end, refining AI workflows, and shaping the product roadmap based on customer feedback.

You will implement full-stack solutions using Node.js, React, MongoDB, and Azure, while shipping quickly and learning from MSP users. Montreal office-based, with opportunities to contribute from day one.

Qualifications

• Own features end-to-end from discovery to shipping and iteration.
• Experience building AI/LLM-powered features into production products.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, React, and modern web architecture.
• 5+ years of shipping high-velocity products.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end: discovery, user research, design, implementation, and iteration.
• Build and refine AI agent workflows: triage tickets, communicate with end-users, coordinate bookings, escalate intelligently.
• Ship fast, learn faster: run rapid experiments and validate hypotheses with real MSP users.
• Shape the product roadmap through customer insights and technical feasibility.
• Build full-stack features across Node.js, React, MongoDB, and Azure.
• Collaborate async-first: write clearly and share context with minimal coordination.
