PocketHealth Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our full-stack team and drive deployments of Conductor for healthcare providers.

You’ll own end-to-end implementations, write code, build integrations, and ensure reliable production deployments while collaborating with client stakeholders. The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, AI-assisted development culture, and a hybrid work model with two days per week in our Toronto office.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of software engineering experience, with client-facing responsibilities.
• Proven track record of shipping production code in client environments.

Responsibilities

• Own deployments end to end: lead the full technical implementation for each client.
• Accelerate the sales cycle: run technical demos and prototype automations.
• Build, integrate, and ship: extend agentic workflows and integrations.
• Diagnose and resolve issues quickly using logs and telemetry.
• Shape Conductor evolution by translating client feedback into product decisions.
• Strengthen the platform: document work and contribute to runbooks and libraries.
