Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor.
• Deep familiarity with modern AI-assisted software development workflows.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions from beginning to end, including responses, explanations, and recommendations.
• Assess usefulness, correctness, and alignment with strong software engineering judgment.
• Review explanations and reasoning quality, not just code syntax.
• Provide clear, detailed feedback on what worked, what didn’t, and what could be improved.
• Record short video explanations to communicate findings.
