Job summary

Leo Berwick is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join our in‑house engineering team in Toronto. You will build a new product from the ground up, architect the harness that orchestrates agentic workflows, and integrate frontier models with enterprise data to automate high‑stakes M&A workflows.

This hands‑on role offers ownership in a fast‑paced early‑stage product team, with direct access to leadership and the ability to ship internal tools toward client-facing SaaS products.

Qualifications

• Senior engineer with 7–15 years of software engineering experience.
• Proven track record shipping enterprise SaaS or B2B products with hands-on agentic/LLM-powered work.
• Strong architectural judgment and experience with modern web tech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic features and workflows from prototype to production.
• Integrate LLMs, tool-calling, retrieval, and orchestration patterns into reliable systems.
• Shape the platform architecture for a modern in-house product from day one.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and iterate quickly based on internal feedback.
