Job summary

GryphTech is seeking a Senior Software Developer to design, build, test, and support our SaaS real estate platforms with an AI-first and automation-first mindset. You will help craft scalable applications while applying AI-assisted development, automated testing, Git-based workflows, CI/CD, and repeatable engineering practices to deliver faster, safer, and higher-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience using AI and automation to improve delivery quality and speed.
• Strong C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core/.NET 8+, ASP.NET MVC, REST API, and Entity Framework.
• Front-end experience with Angular, React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Expert SQL Server experience including design, optimization, performance tuning, and automation of maintenance tasks.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, Azure DevOps and/or GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, Git branching, pull requests, code reviews, and automated quality checks.
• Strong commitment to AI-assisted software engineering, secure coding, maintainability, observability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer who approaches software delivery with an AI-first and automation-first mindset. You will help design, build, test, and support GryphTech’s SaaS real estate platforms while using AI-assisted development, automated testing, Git-based workflows, CI/CD, and repeatable engineering practices to deliver faster, safer, and higher-quality outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications and platform services with an AI-first approach to engineering productivity.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with demonstrated ability to use AI and automation to improve delivery quality and speed.

• Strong C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core/.NET 8+, ASP.NET MVC, REST API, and Entity Framework experience.

• Front-end experience with Angular, React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Expert Microsoft SQL Server experience is required, including database design, optimization, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and automation of repeatable data and maintenance tasks.

• Hands-on experience with Azure, Azure DevOps and/or GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, Git branching, pull requests, code reviews, and automated quality checks.

• Strong commitment to AI-assisted software engineering, secure coding, automated testing, maintainability, observability, and continuous improvement in a professional development environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with real estate technology, CRM, CMS, website, mobile application, or SaaS platform environments.

• Experience mentoring developers on AI-first development habits, automation opportunities, testing discipline, or modern engineering practices.

• Experience automating QA, release management, DevOps, support, reporting, or other repeatable software delivery processes.

• Experience MongoDB experience.
