Job summary

CARFAX is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in London, Ontario. The role involves writing high‑quality, scalable code across full stack, participating in architecture decisions, and collaborating in a dynamic, agile environment. Expect hybrid work with 2 days per week in office.

You will work on high‑visibility projects, leveraging TypeScript, Java, Kotlin, C#, Go or Python, and modern front-end libraries. Strong API, DevOps, and cloud experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software design and development in complex systems (must‑have).
• Full stack development experience across back-end and front-end stacks.
• Experience with Java, Kotlin, C#, Go or Python for back-end.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks (React/Vue/Angular).
• Experience with REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Kubernetes and Docker experience; cloud and microservices an advantage.
