Senior Software Development Engineer-MLOps

Join to apply for the Senior Software Development Engineer-MLOps role at Workday.

This role is part of the Machine Learning Product team at Workday, focusing on integrating ML capabilities into our products and building infrastructure for machine learning development, deployment, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing ML-powered features for HR & Talent products.
• Working with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
• Building MLOps platforms using Kubeflow and other tools.
• Designing and developing APIs and microservices with Python, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• Managing cloud-based services and infrastructure as code.
• Monitoring ML systems and leading technical reviews.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience as a Software Engineer in ML, with a Master’s or higher, or 6+ years with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience building MLOps services with platforms like Kubeflow.
• Proficiency in web application development, microservices, and API design.
• Experience with CI/CD workflows, Kubernetes, Python or Go, and ML platforms like Sagemaker or Databricks.

Additional Information:
