Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Lead with expertise in Cloud FinOps to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical operations team, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency in the Operational Observability space with specific domain knowledge of Dynatrace and New Relic.
• Develop and implement strategies for cloud financial operations (FinOps) to optimize cloud spend and enhance cost management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cloud financial strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze cloud usage and costs, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement in cloud cost management practices and tools.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures related to cloud operations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cloud FinOps and technical operations.
• Proactive Problem-Solving:Identifies critical needs and takes decisive action to address them effectively and efficiently.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement:Actively seeks and implements new ideas and innovative solutions, proactively exploring new areas and opportunities for growth.

Critical Qualifications

• Certification in FinOps or cloud financial management is a plus.
• Proven experience in technical operations and cloud FinOps.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their financial management tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
