Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical design specifications.
• Design and implement scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Develop new features and functionalities, delivering business value.
• Develop reusable components and libraries to improve efficiency.

Critical Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant software development experience (more experience may be considered).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Advanced proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Kotlin, Java, Go, Swift).
• Advanced proficiency in relevant frameworks (Spring, iOS SDK, etc., depending on project).
• Strong understanding of TDD, DevOps principles, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency in cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure – experience with one or more preferred).
• Experience with RESTful APIs.
• Experience with performance profiling and advanced debugging tools.
• (For Mobile roles): Advanced competence in declarative UI solutions, battery management, and MVVM patterns.
• (For Full-Stack roles): Advanced competence in data structures and algorithms, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar containerization technologies is a plus.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other message brokers is a plus.
• Knowledge of open-source libraries and testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience with database technologies (RDBMS, MongoDB, etc.) is a plus.
