The Developer Experience/Customer Experience Agent Studio (CXAS) Console team is harnessing the power of Google's next generation agentic development platform to empower anyone to build enterprise grade agents. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Canada: $182000 - $186000 (CAD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

• Design and develop scalable, highly responsive user interfaces for the CXAS Console, empowering developers to seamlessly build, evaluate, deploy, monitor, and optimize enterprise-grade generative AI agents.
• Architect and implement intuitive, AI-centric workflows that simplify complex agent configurations, directly contributing to an evolving AI-infused front end that serves customers globally at scale.
• Build robust, performant front-end components capable of managing real-time interactions, data visualizations, and testing interfaces for agents engaging in complex, open-ended dialogues and autonomous tasks.
• Collaborate closely with UX design, product management, and ML engineering partners to translate ambiguous technical constraints into intuitive, user-centric front-end solutions.
• Provide front-end architectural oversight, set UI engineering best practices, and coach team members to drive engineering excellence within a changing, collaborative environment.
