We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects and develop high-impact software solutions used globally. Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining complex systems, as well as mentoring junior engineers. About the role:

1. Software Development: Write clean, maintainable code for various applications.
2. Technical Leadership: Contribute to design, development, deployment, ensuring quality and performance.
3. Project Management: Manage feature and project delivery, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
4. Architectural Design: Participate in design reviews, ensure scalability and reliability.
5. Code Review: Review and provide feedback on peers’ code, uphold best practices.
6. Testing: Build and automate tests, utilize testing tools and patterns.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in software development.
• Proficiency in languages such as C#, .NET, Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience with software practices and design patterns.
• Familiarity with GitHub, JIRA, and cloud/DevOps concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Azure, AWS, GCP.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, automation, testing frameworks, agile methodologies.
• Understanding of accessible technology development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
