Insight Global is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join a team building complex engineering software for large-scale infrastructure projects. You will own features from design through development, testing, and production support, and mentor other developers.

The role requires 8+ years of experience with C++ and C#, strong OO design, and a track record of delivering production software. 3 days/week onsite in Quebec City with desktop app development and modern DevOps practices.

• Experience developing desktop applications or engineering/design software.
• Microsoft Visual Studio, .NET Framework, and related Microsoft technologies.
• JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Cloud-connected applications or service-oriented architecture.
• CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools.

Our SaaS client is looking for a Senior Software Developer to join a team building complex engineering software used for large-scale infrastructure projects.This is a hands-on senior engineering role for someone who is very strong in C++ and C# and can own features from design through development, testing, and production support. The person should also be comfortable making technical design decisions, reviewing code, and mentoring other developers.
