About the Role
We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Social Media Manager to lead and elevate our multi-brand presence across a broad range of platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing a social media strategy that supports each business objective across consumer and B2B segments while adapting the voice, tone, and content of each brand to its unique audience.
This is a high-impact role at the center of our digital marketing efforts. You will collaborate across departments and work with stakeholders in marketing / product marketing, sales, product, design, and executive leadership. Your work will drive brand awareness, lead generation, agent engagement (attrition and retention), and community growth across our real estate and proptech platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize social media strategies for myAbode, Right at Home Realty (RAHR), and Property.ca, aligning each company's voice and goals with business KPIs.
- Manage an integrated publishing calendar across all platforms and brands using tools like Notion, Asana, and Hootsuite.
- Adapt strategies to each company's brand :
myAbode : B2B tech-forward, brokerage growth
RAHR : Agent-first community building
Property.ca : Consumer-focused lead generation and brand awareness
Condos.ca : Consumer-focused lead generation and brand awareness
Cross-Company Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, sales, product and Product Marketing, to ensure content aligns with active campaigns, launches, and marketing / community events.
- Collaborate with our agent brand ambassadors to ensure community engagement and support in their social media activity.
- Partner with local branch managers to amplify on-the-ground initiatives and agent content.
- Act as the centralized lead for social media across the RealServus group of companies, ensuring continuity, in brand messaging and performance reporting.
Content Creation
- Work independently and collaborate with other creators to create original, high-performing content including short-form videos, stories, testimonials, and thought leadership.
- Craft engaging, platform-specific captions that align with brand voice and resonate with distinct audience personas.
- Use tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut to create, adapt, and optimize creative content.
- Contribute to partnership initiatives and marketing campaigns by delivering adaptable creative assets.
- Amplify brand presence by repurposing and resharing user-generated content from agents, internal teams, and strategic partners.
Community Management
- Monitor all brand accounts daily for engagement, DMs, mentions, and comments.
- Cultivate a positive and proactive online community across platforms.
- Escalate support issues, PR-sensitive feedback, or brand risks when needed.
Brand Management
- Maintain and evolve brand tone, visual consistency, and audience alignment across platforms - currently 12+ social media profiles under 4 distinct brands.
- Ensure content reflects current brand standards and storytelling priorities.
- Support rollout of brand refreshes, platform launches, and cross-brand initiatives. Analytics & Optimization
- Track KPIs including engagement, reach, lead conversions, brand sentiment, and follower growth.
- Deliver weekly reports with performance analysis, actionable insights, and recommendations.
- Set and evolve platform-specific goals for each brand in collaboration with marketing leadership.
Trend Awareness & Innovation
- Stay ahead of social platform changes, trends, and best practices.
- Proactively test new formats and tools to improve content visibility and ROI.
- Recommend new tools to support campaign automation and lead capture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in a Social Media Management role, preferably in a tech or an agency or growth stage startup environment.
- Proven experience developing and executing successful multi-brand social strategies.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with an eye for visual design.
- Deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X / Twitter, TikTok, Google Business Profiles, and YouTube.
- Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics.
- Experience with paid social campaigns (mainly in Meta, and LinkedIn), ad optimization, UTM tracking, and retargeting campaigns.
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple calendars, campaigns, and content formats.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change, pivot strategies, and remain agile in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead initiatives independently.
- Experience in community management, social listening, and brand reputation monitoring.
- Knowledge of the real estate, SaaS, or proptech industry is a plus.
