Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of banking experience.
• At least 3 years in Business and/or Retail Banking with professional clients.
• Experienced banker with strong interpersonal, leadership and business development skills.
• University degree or college diploma.
• Industry courses (e.g. CSC, PFP, CFP) would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and advice in client interactions with a focus on stay‑in and expand relationships.
• Develop a deep knowledge of Bank products, processes and policies.
• Respond quickly and resourcefully to client requests, ensuring first‑time right outcomes.
• Provide end‑to‑end ownership of advice‑based solutions including accounts, investments, cards, lines of credit and mortgages.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships and refer to Scotia Wealth Management as needed.
• Support the portfolio of less complex credits by evaluating banking needs and risks and by applying sound judgement.
