Bell is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Integrator to design, develop, and integrate ServiceNow solutions as part of digital transformation initiatives. You will work on Now Assist, AI capabilities, and ITOM, collaborating with architects, analysts, and delivery teams to implement robust, scalable solutions.
This role requires deep ServiceNow knowledge, API integrations, and best practices for governance.
As a ServiceNow Developer / Integrator, you play a key role in the design, development, integration, and evolution of ServiceNow solutions supporting strategic digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and IT operations modernization initiatives. You contribute to the implementation of Now Assist capabilities, AI solutions, and ITOM initiatives, while ensuring adherence to development, security, performance, and platform governance best practices.
You collaborate with architects, analysts, delivery teams, and technology partners to develop robust solutions, deliver complex integrations, and support the implementation of the company’s strategic programs. Your technical expertise helps accelerate the adoption of AI capabilities, optimize IT operations, and ensure the long-term sustainability of the ServiceNow platform.
This role requires in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow, including platform development, integrations, APIs, and configuration best practices. Experience with Now Assist and ITOM is considered a strong asset in contributing to the success of Bell’s modernization and innovation initiatives.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
