Job summary

Bell is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect for Strategic Portfolio Management to set the target-state architecture, define the roadmap and ensure secure, scalable solutions.

You will partner with the ServiceNow CoE, Product Owner and business leaders to translate strategy into executable architecture and governance.

This role requires 10+ years in ServiceNow and enterprise architecture, strong leadership, and a track record delivering complex, compliant SPM initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant technology experience including ServiceNow solution architecture.
• Lead architect for enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Deep ServiceNow SPM experience and strong governance capabilities.
• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, JavaScript, Flow Designer, security and data models.

Responsibilities

• Own target-state architecture and multi-year evolution plans for ServiceNow SPM.
• Lead architecture for cross-functional initiatives spanning planning, demand, portfolio, resources and Agile planning.
• Define enterprise standards, reusable patterns and guardrails for configurations and integrations.
• Review customizations to enforce out-of-the-box capabilities and reduce technical debt.
• Design secure, scalable integrations between SPM and external systems (REST, Integration Hub, CMDB).
• Govern platform principles and conduct security reviews to meet enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, EA and business leaders to translate strategy into executable architecture.
• Drive discovery and feasibility for new ServiceNow releases and SPM features.
• Provide technical direction across delivery squads and mentor senior engineers.
